Jennifer patiently listened to my concerns and talked me through the process. She was quick to have someone sent out the next day. Kolin was incredibly informative and reassuring during the whole process. He arrived during the promised time frame. We did end up having a mouse problem but luckily it's able to be fixed DIY. The products and services offered were reasonable. While we did not go forward with paying the biz for traps, we paid for an outside bug spray for a preventative measure. Would call again in a pinch!
